Always remember Whittier; while it is true that I do take a lot of ‘Medicine,’ it is for a very good reason,

I do not do drugs, nor do I take or believe in Hallucinatory drugs, or any other kind and do not sell or push anything.

I take 'baby aspirins', maybe you should not, please check with your cardiologist.

On the other side of the coin, do not be on someone's 'Law suit list either'!

Each time my 'Head Cardiologist's, all of them, tried those very expensive drugs on me,

 I ended back in the hospital!

I truly believe this has something to do with 

'Native Ancestry'!

I do not ask anyone to quit your drug or to use what works for me!

I am no doctor, hospital, pharmacist, drug store or drug pusher!

Actually, although I am forced, under the knowledge of death if I do not, I hate the use of drugs!

However;

I have been using ‘Baby Aspirins’ for ‘Cardiomyopathy’ since 1988 as a 'Blood Thinner'.

Four baby aspirins, a day equals one regular aspirin, 

a day as a 

'Blood Thinner'.

Cardiomyopathy, chronic disease of the heart muscle.

That and a great 

Cardiologist 
doctor and his head nurse at day one.

A three wire ‘Defibrillator.

The V.A.

And

A ‘Retired Treatment Nurse.

I am living a reasonable good life, 

without the use of 'Rat Poison'.

Please do nothing 

until you talk with a 

Cardiologist 

for permission?

Shark’s food source

Talking about Pacific Ocean Atlantic Ocean.

The last few years there has been a lot of Shark reporting

 and 

bites up and down the east coast.

I have an opinion about that also.

I believe that human over fishing and climate change, is making it harder for large fish to find food.

Sharks are going to hunt for food and if humans take too much food from their hunting grounds, they are coming to our swimming area for new hunting grounds.

Sharks do not care much for human flesh however; when hungry?

Lack of food and warmer waters are sending small fish and mammals 

(sharks food), 

further north and closer to our shore.

The Pacific Ocean is larger, deeper and much colder,

veteran climbs flagpole to fix American flag

Dom Raso, a former SEAL

A veteran has captured the hearts of social media users after he climbed a flag pole at the Navy SEAL monument in Virginia to fix a loose American flag.

Dom Raso, a former SEAL himself, says he was on his morning run Thursday in Virginia Beach when he spotted the flag out of place and broken off the pole.

Video posted on Facebook shows Raso climbing up the pole and then clipping the flag’s loose end to the pole, before sliding back down.
