There is but one
Christ;
Remember,
I come from
a very
large group of people,
in just this land alone,
that you all are
trying, unsuccessfully I might ad, to convert to your religion?
I would think it
necessary to explain why, as Paul did, in and with our beliefs?
So for starters, why
are their now so many
'Churches claiming to be of the
'Word of G-d,
the Christ'?
1,200 different Christian denominations exist in
the United States alone.
Not counting this
newest religion
of
( the
'christian gospel of trump')!
Some groups classify
Christianity into 8 meta-groups,
Oriental Orthodoxy
and
Assyrian
Churches,
and others.
However;
reading the
(Word from G-d), in for instance,
1
Corinthians 1:10
"Now
I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all
speak the same thing,
10
I
appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our LORD Jesus Christ,
that
all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no
divisions among you,
but
that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.
11
My
brothers and sisters, some from Chloe's household have informed me that there
are quarrels among you.
12
What I
mean is this:
One of
you says, "I follow Paul"; another, "I follow Apollos";
another, "I follow Cephas"; still another, "I follow
Christ."
13
Is
Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized in the name of
Paul?
14
I
thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius,
15
so no
one can say that you were baptized in my name.
16
(Yes,
I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don't remember if I
baptized anyone else.)
17
For
Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel-not with wisdom and
eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.
And
Last
by no means
( the 'christian gospel of trump')!
(To truly understand the magnitude
of what Jesus did for us
on Calvary,
we must
study
the sacrifice of the un-blemished lamb sacrifice
in the
book of
Leviticus).
All sin
is punishable by death of the sinner.
There
must be blood shed to do away with the sin.
Jesus
became our substitute on the cross.
He shed
His precious unblemished blood and
paid our penalty in full for us).
